  : The place was nice and clean. The staff was friendly.
  : I made two bookings. I made this booking for Royal Suit (Family Suit) which supposed to accommodate 6 Adults and 4 Kids. It cost me Rs.5000 more than the Presidential Suit but there was no difference between the Presidential Suit and this royal Suit. It cannot accommodate 6 adults and it can only accommodate 4 adults. So I wonder why Rs.5000 more for the same suit size and the same furniture. The hotel was definitely not fair with this booking.

  : The property was very good. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The staff was also cooperative although not much of the staff I came across. The attitude and behavior were pleasant. The food was freshly made and tasty.
  : I didn't like the location. The road to the hotel is very steep and automatic cars find it very struggling to drive on the road. My car was 1800 automatic but I too find it very difficult to drive on such a steep road.The food cost at the restaurant Is very high. I would say that it is very expensive. For example, 3 plates of fresh salad cost me around Rs.1200. A small 3 to 4 personal BBQ platter is around Rs.1800. A two-person biryani serving is Rs. 800. With the same people and more food items, our bill at Bundu Khan Murree was way cheaper than this hotel.I also got confused when arrived at the hotel because I thought that Booking.com has deducted some amount from my car while I was making the reservation. The hotel staff told me that we don't have any idea about the Booking.com deduction and we will take full price. I tried to contact Booking.com for clarification but to my surprise, you cannot easily communicate with Booking.com. On mobile, you will struggle with Chat and then will talk with a robot, then wait for ages for a real person. If you want to call Booking.com then you would have to call the UK number and there is no local representative or local number available. How weird and struggling.
