  : They let us check-in early with an additional fee, which was much needed since our flight was changed.
  : To start with, the place was dirty, not only the room, but on the outside as well (the kitchen and common areas), they didn't provide towels for the shower, I booked this place because I had read online they were super kind and helpful - particularly with bookings for the northern areas - which wasn't true AT ALL. All the "help" we got was some random guy's phone number, who didn't answer. We ended up planning everything through other means. I requested an early check-in because of a flight issue we had and they left me in "Read" on WhatsApp and when I arrived, after duly informing them, they still acted all annoyed about this "last minute" requested, I even showed the guy from reception that I wrote him and he was still making up excuses about letting us check-in earlier until I told him I didn't care about paying an additional night. Finally, its location isn't that great. Islamabad is quite spread out, yes, but there's absolutely nothing around this location: not a shop to get water, toiletries, no food around, anything. I had another booking for the end of my trip, but I just cancelled it, I don't wanna go back here. There are other places in Islamabad that accept bookings without the ridiculous "no unmarried couples" rule and without such abysmal service and facilities.

  : In a creepy building. At the beginning I didn t find the place , I called them many times and had no answer.After 30 minutes I found it...(Kalash gave me his phone only when I asked him that I was interested on renting motorbikes. He owns a motorbike renting business.When I arrived, they told me that I need to move to another appartment.(one that I didn t book).At the other appartment, there was Kalash 'working' there. He was watching TV and I did many questions but his movie was too important......it looked like I was disturbing him. Nobody show me anything about the facilities of the place.The first room that they gave me: noisy and wet.No toiletries , no toilet paper and no towels,so I needed to disturb Kalash with his film asking for towels.After 2 days I asked to move to another room because I need it for sleeping and working. It was too noisy. (The noise comes from outside). When I asked for changing it, he said that I needed to wait until 12.00 am (the room that was infront of me was clean and empty) and he needed to leave because he needed to work for the motorbikes renting business.After many argues, he called to his boss and they allowed me to stay at tne other room less noisy....If you want to be in a creepy and isolated building, with maybe a noisy room and feeling that you are disturbing the staff that usually is never therle, this is your place.

  : Once you get into your room, it is quite nice and comfortable. The AC worked well, as did the WiFi. The kitchen was convenient and well equipped. The staff here is very helpful and kind. If you are on a budget, this place is a good value.
  : When we arrived at the building bleary-eyed at 5am it felt like a scene out of Blade Runner. The guesthouse is located in a half built apartment tower which seems somewhat ominous, especially in the dim dawn hours. We got used to it quickly though and it was less ominous in the daylight hours.There were the usual city power outages (but no backup generator).The location is pretty far from most places of interest, though it is easy enough to get a taxi.

  : The air conditioning and having hot water when needed.
  : Stayed for 9 nights and not once was bathroom or room cleaned or bedding changed. Under ground level was smelly and lifts often times didn't work although there was also at least one that was working but then waiting for lift takes long and full.

  : - pretty big common space with the balcony- nicely equipped common kitchen,- sockets relatively close to the bed (which is rare in Pakistan),- nice and helpful english speaking owner/manager
