  : We were allocated to Shelton Hotel on arrival in Islamabad - here the room was clean and well maintained. We had no issues with this respect. Staff were polite and helpful. Room service was efficient and good value for money.
  : As said above we didnt end up at the Guest House even though this is what I had booked. The picture above is not representative of the room that we stayed in which was far less luxurious. I had booked a taxi pickup from the airport which proceeded to take us to Shelton Hotel situated a considerable distance from our original booking. We were not really given an acceptable reason for this change but were repeatedly told that we had been upgraded- by looking at the above picture I have to disagree.
