  : I guess me getting ripped off.. where after taking my ID and charging me 9000 in CASH (instead of the 6800 that Booking.com guaranteed) , the gent at the reception tells me they HAVE CLEARLY ADVERTISED (GO CHEKC HE TELLS ME) that they dont accept credit cards and that I am requested to "cancel" my booking on Booking.com so as to save them commission!!? Oh and then room /facilities offered were a rip off and nothing like as advertised!
  : Nothing advertised on booking.com by this place is true. This place is someone's house on the road that has been commercialized with every room partitioned and let out - the "lobby" is the central room of the house that also functions as common area where there are always people talking and it is loud at all hours. Rooms are very small, repurposed to "create" bed rooms with hardboard dividers. And so the ruckus outside is also always in your room too. The poorly lit windowless "room" assigned to us had a huge floor to ceiling china cabinet (crockey dresser) taking up 45% of the room space. The rest was taken up by two single beds put side by side which had no side tables. Two chairs completed the furniture leaving hardly any space to move. The only lighting in room was a provided by a low wattage yellow bulb "mini chandelier" hanging in the "middle" of this room. No wall sockets except the one under a small table off the side of the room door (adjacent the dresser) to which a 29" TV was plugged in. The "bathroom" is a miniscule annex off to one side of the "bedroom" with a small "showering area" with a cracked glass half partition on the opposite side. Only one towel for two people and no hand towels. NO HOT WATER in any tap. The "door" to the "facilities" ended with a four foot gap to the ceiling with rancid smells flowing into the room. No closet or space to hang any clothes let alone any hangers provided. No drinking water provided (no where in the room to put down bottle or your keys for that matter) - no "facilities" in the room.The place is not wheelchair accessible infact there are several steps you have to carry your luggage up in order to "enter" the house. No ramp or elevator to the basement or upper floors either.

  : All the facilities mentioned on the websites were not there. Price was high as compared to the facilities given, it's not worth it.
  : Staff is very cooperative and location is also very good.

Improve quality of amenities and provide handwash etc if you are charging a good amount3. Do not earn on water its a commodity, tax was also added to water as well, that was hilarious
  : -Tax was charged separately but no tax invoice was given, pure deception on charges. If you are not paying tax please don't ask it separately. Increase your price if needed but don't decieve-There was some packing sound comming in the room disturbing my sleep, I came from a long journey, not having energy to wakeup and request for quietness-Refrigrator was off and unplugged, checked it was smelly and died insects were there inside-Too cheap quality tissues were provided in the room, pieces of tissues get stuck on hands
