  : The rooms were clean and spacious
  : There was no room service ... Had to call on mobile number for anything .. check in time told on phone by property was 10:00 ..however room was not prepared till 1300 ... A deluxe room was temporarily offered by the staff ... There were no toiletries ... Had to ask for it ...The washrooms and sanitary fittings were old ... Need repair ..There was no facility of breakfast or food as all their staff was on Eid leaves and it was not mentioned before ...

  : The staff was extremely courteous. It's located at a prime spot which is also very safe. Value for money.
  : I booked the executive suite. It has two rooms with attached bathrooms, a sitting area and a small kitchenette. Some repair work needa to be done. Faucet in the kitchen was broken. Shower in one bathroom wasn't working and a few light bulbs were also out of order.There is no electric kettle facility though their page mentions it.

  : Both bedroom and lounge were spacious.Room service boy was quite supportive and hospitallbleA budget hotel, although I would have gone for much better hotel however there aren't much good choices available in Abbottabad, and whatever were, already fully booked
  : - hotel was almost empty during the time of our visit, wasn't a nice feeling, specially when considering it was a tourist time. - No lift, walk all the way up to 2nd floor- old amenities- location

  : They take too much time to turn on the generator when the light goes.

  : Location, price and staff attitude. The room was on top floor with a beautiful scenery.
  : Some lights were not working in the corridor making it difficult at night to locate the lock on door and open with key.
