  : Excellent mountain view location.Very good breakfast cooked by Shahzad.Very good/clean ground floor apartment kitchen. Easy to reach from expressway.10 minutes drive to good restaurants like Chaaye Khana, Mc Donald, Second Cup, Gloria Jeans etc.
  : TV room sofas were not clean. Blankets were without cover. Extra bedsheets requested to cover the blankets but provided bedsheets were not clean.Main entrance glass door curtain was broken. No privacy.Noisy exhaust fan in main washroom.Large sofa cum bed was very hard.No security guard for parking.Main property entrance door was not locked in the night and driver of the one guest came to my apartment door at 2:00 am and was asking for the property attendant's cell number.

  : Shahzad (facility caretaker) was cooperative. Room and Washroom was clean.Electric kettle, toaster, plates, cups & cutlery was available in room. (Microwave was available in one room and not in the other)
  : During rain, water was not properly draining from mid terrace, additionally rain water was coming from top terrace and slop is pushing the water towards room and water was accumulating on the terrace. (Viper was available) Waste bins should be there in living room and terrace as well. (1 was available in washroom) Very limited Parking due to location.

  : Host could use some bug spray before we arrive.

  : Most importantly, property was very clean especially the bed rooms and washroom. The kitchenette facility was very useful for making tea/coffee or any snack. Shahzad the caretaker is very cooperative and helpful.
  : The main kitchen wasn’t very clean and smelly. So I didn’t dare to cook there. I suggest the main kitchen should be made as clean as the rest of the property.
