  : When I booked the room I was told my total charges would be Rs 3750 but I was charged Rs 4125 as the bill contained some commission to the hotel. The person at the desk showed me the communication between them and booking.com showing this item. So I had to pay the extra amount. The room was not clean. Stains on carpet. Very noisy ambience as hotel has a BBQ that was open till late night and people were talking and laughing loudly even till 1 am which made sleep impossible. Since there was no fan and it was pretty hot we could not close windows. There was no water in washrooms when we arrived and it was only after we asked someone at the counter who came and told us that they have turned water pump on and we got water in taps after an hour or so.

  : I reserved a room on booking.com, but upon arrival, they informed me that it was already given to someone else. During the Muharram vacation (28th/29th July 2023), many tourists flocked to Nathiagali, Khanspur, etc., and the hotel refused bookings through the app, opting to charge significantly higher rates than the standard rent listed on booking.com.I don't recommend this hotel.

  : 1st of all the staff was not coaprativ they denied the booking and said we are not booking with booking.com then i said that how is it possible that they are booking online for your hotel Room. The person who was at reception counter his attitude was pathetic . After long argument they given the room in an other guest house not in breeze in Khanas Pur .
  : There was no handel or lock of toilet door . Bed sheets was smelling bad They did not provide drinking water . Commod was broken. Shower was not working at all .
